POWERTECH presents CraneMasterStore - an innovative solution for the steel industry, defining new standards of work. It is a fully automated system for loading and unloading offering efficient connection between a laser cutting machine and the storage system. This unified unit consists of: • EAGLE 1530 F12.0 laser cutter • CraneMasterStore loading and unloading system • Store unit. Selected material is tranported from the tower storing unit. CraneMasterStore receives sheets from the storage system, transports and puts them on the pallet changer of the cutter. After cutting parts, CraneMasterStore receives the processed material from the table and puts it to the unloading container, which can later be transported to the tower storage unit or to the place of receiving workpieces. The offered device helps to increase productivity and production capacity, optimises control and management of the production process, improves safety and reliability.

Mitutoyo MiSCAN is a hybrid vision–contact measuring system, which is a new product in the offer of Mitutoyo. This measurement solution addresses the needs of a highly accurate method of checking components with vision and contact methods. MPP-Nano contact probe provides efficient scanning of elements as in the case of probes mounted in coordinate measuring machines (CMM), but with much higher accuracy and repeatability. The limit of obtaining measurement results with traditional measuring tips was significantly reduced by using tips with diameters of only 125 µm.

Motoman HC10 is the first human-collaborative robot manufactured by Yaskawa. Model HC10 has a range of 1.2 m and may manipulate details weighing up to 10 kg. It meets the requirements of ISO TS15066, ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849-1, PLd. The robot provides the required level of safety in direct contact of its arm with the operator and the environment through advanced sensors of forces and torques, which are installed on each axis if the robot. Operation of HC10 does not require barriers and start of the machine is also fast, as it does not require additional calibration. HC10 is designed for ergonomic handling and to minimize unnecessary interactions with the environment.

Venture XT is a modern measurement system manufactured by Baty from UK. The product combines the advantages of CNC microscope and measuring machine with a contact head. It was designed using the optimization by finite element method. Specially designed column in the Z-axis and installed counterweight ensure the vertical measuring range of 200 mm. Very quick and precise drives of the new generation are used in all axes of Venture XT. The machine is equipped with a zoom lens with auto-calibration and error correction for the field of view and a modern system of auto focus (AF). The maximum optical zoom is 12x. Intuitive software, including "find and measure" function, measurement with combining different fields of view (stitching), scanning of curves and comparing with CAD are operated via the touch screen.

PANASONIC combined DDL (Direct Diode Laser) technology and WBC (Wavelength Beam Combination) with a manipulation robot to create LAPRISS - Laser Processing Robot Integrated System Solution. The company created a compact system, where all components come from a single manufacturer. This ensures full compatibility of hardware and one integrated interface. This system consists of a robotic arm with a controller, the laser oscillator and the laser head mounted on the last axis of the robot. This head is equipped with two servo drives that control angle of lenses to perform a spiral motion (SPIN function) of the beam in the range of Ø 16 mm with simultaneous movement of the robot arm head. This facilitates uniform heating of welded elements at a larger area, allowing the welding of thin sheets with a slit or two-sided tee welds in one pass. Weight of the laser head (only 4.5 kg) allows user to install it on the wrists of all PANASONIC robots currently available on the market.

UBOT P440 is the first 3D printer in new Professional line. The device has a large working area (440 x 330 x 300 mm), closed in heated and sealed working chamber with an independent heat distribution system. The working table is removable and fixed by magnets. 3D printer is also equipped with a system of auto-calibration, company's own UBOT Hercules extruder and a high temperature hot-end UBOT Hellfire. UBOT P440 allows user to remotely manage and control the machine from a computer or smartphone.
